So what are Buyer Personas?
They're fictionalized depictions of your IDEAL CUSTOMER and they're used by marketing giants like QVC to target their sales and advertising budgets.
It doesn't matter how small your business, or how little understanding you have of adveritsing and marketing, building your Buyer Personas will unlock a level of understanding that you've never experienced before in your business.

By the end of our week together you will leave with a crystal-clear understanding of your customers so that you can then move forward and become more efficient with the way you spend your advertising budget, the direction you give to your marketing team, and the support you provide to sales and customer service.
Our camp will run like this:
Day One - Introduction - I will release 3 short teaching videos on building Buyer Personas (a total of about 60 minutes).
Day Two - Starting the Process - based on the worksheets provided, you will start the process of building your Buyer Personas by talking to your customers and clients, internal team members, etc. using best practices taught in the Day One videos.
Day Three - Group Call - what kind of summer camp would it be if you never met your Counselor? Day Three I will host a live Q&A session to make sure you are all on the right track. I know it can be tricky - but it's SO important to get it right, and sometimes it's just a matter of working through them as a group.
Day Four - Where You Use Buyer Personas - I will release 2 additional training sessions that will help you see where you can begin to use your Buyer Personas throughout your company. (Total time: 30-minutes)
Day Five - BONUS Group Call - During our final group call we will all sing around the campfire (just kidding)! But we WILL review our Buyer Personas and make sure they're all ready to be released into the world!
Camp will be held Aug 1-5, Mon-Fri
Our calls will be held at 2pm MST on Wednesday and Friday.
Everything will be recorded - and you will have lifetime access to all of it. So even if you can't make our calls live, there will be plenty you can learn from the recordings. So even if you can't make it live Aug 1-5, you can still participate in camp!
